ToolPiper itself is free to download. Do my images leave my Mac? Not for Studio’s own models. Generation, selections, editing and upscaling run on Apple Silicon. If you direct Studio with a cloud chat model, that provider sees what you send it. Which Macs can run Studio? Studio runs on Apple Silicon Macs with macOS 26 or later, and its models are large. The default image model, FLUX.2 Klein, needs about 20 GB of memory to load, so it needs a Mac with more than 16 GB. More memory lets you keep more models loaded at once.
